order in C.f.r.No.4466/2015 in E.A.No.79 of 2014 dated 19.01.2016 in E.P.No.35 of 2013 against R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2003, on the file of the District
Munsif Court at Udhagamandalam.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a
3rd party and he is no way connected with the subject matter and he has filed
the Institution Petition just to delay the delivery of the property by helping the tenant.
4. Considering the representation made by the learned counsel for the
respondent and also taking note of the absence for the petitioner's counsel, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous
Petition in C.M.P.No.7486 of 2016, is also closed.
