This criminal Revision has been filed to call for the records relating to the order dated 30.07.2014 made in M.C.No.30 of 2013 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Chennai and set aside the same as illegal.

1. This Criminal Revision Case is of the year 2014. On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 10.02.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” after two weeks. Accordingly, again when the matter was listed on 03.03.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed under the same caption “for dismissal” today, i.e., on 08.03.2021. Even today, i.e., 08.03.2021, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
