On 03.07.2023, when the case came up for hearing, it is represented that the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant was appointed as Government Advocate (Criminal side) and the case was adjourned on 17.07.2023 for the presence of the accused/appellant before this Court.
2.As per the direction of this Court, today, the accused is presented before this Court.
3.Today, Mr.G.Vishwanathan, learned Counsel has submitted that he is yet to file a change of vakalat on behalf of the appellant/accused.
4..Registry is directed to print the name of the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and list the case on 01.08.2023, no further adjournments will be granted.
5.The accused/appellant shall proceed with the case on the next date of hearing (i.e., on 01.08.2023) without fail, failing which, the respondent/Police shall secure the accused and produce before the Court.
