Prayer :- Criminal Revision filed under Sections 397 and 401 of
the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment dated
12.02.2015 passed by Principal District and Sessions Judge,
Vellore in C.A.No.19 of 2014 confirming the order passed by the
Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Vellore in C.C.No.93 of 2013 by
its order dated 14.02.2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a petition
under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act stating that
the appellant had settled the cheque case amount a sum of
Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and twenty five thousand only) out
of the Court and the same was received by the respondent.

2. In view of the settlement of dispute between the
parties, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. The
conviction and sentence passed by the Courts below is set aside
and the revision petitioner is set at liberty and bail bond if
