Petition filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.7 of 2013 by the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate I, Pollachi granting maintenance of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand only) to the first petitioner and Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) to the second petitioner to be paid on or before 5^th of every month from the date filing of the petition and allow the above criminal revision petition.
