Sub: CRL OP(MD). No.8145 of 2021 on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court – Registry has been directed to call for report from the Special Court, Tirunelveli pertaining to Crime .No.329 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police and Quash the same - report called for - Regarding.

The Hon'ble High court, while hearing the Crl.OP (MD)8145/2021 ON 21/09/2021, passed an order as follows;
“ The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that final report was filed before the Special Court, Tirunelveli on 03/09/2021 and the same was not taken on file sofar.
Registry is directed to call for report from the Special Court, Tirunelveli as to the stage of the final report presented by the first respondent herein,
Since there is no representation for the petitioner, list matter for dismissal on 08.11.2021”
