The present petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.191 of 2019 of Batlagundu Police Station, Dindigul District.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the first respondent after concluding the investigation in Crime No.191 of 2019, deleted the name of the present petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
