Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime No.120 of 2020 dated 04.04.2020 for the offences under Sections 143, 294(b), 353, 332, 427, 506(i), 270 and 271 of IPC on the file of the 1^st respondent police and quash the same against these petitioners as illegal.

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.120 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.The defacto complainant/Kaliraj is present before this Court in person. He has been duly identified by Mr.K.Mariappan, Sub Inspector of Police attached to first respondent police station. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he does not want to pursue the complaint. The parties have also filed a memo of joint compromise dated 11.02.2020.
