When the matters are taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that the parties have entered into compromise and on that basis, the cases in STC.Nos.119 and 120 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI (Fast Track Court No.II at Magistrate Level), Madurai were withdrawn and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions.
