Today, (ie., 24.11.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the copy of report received from the respondent police. He would further submit that the petition filed by the defacto complainant was ordered to be closed by the respondent police, directing the defacto complainant to approach and file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi and District Revenue Officer, Pudukottai.
2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
