I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- “This peitiion is filed to set aside the order in Cr.M.P. No.1420 of 2018 in STC NO.79/2016 dated 15/02/2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to consider the petitioner's recall petition and permitting his to cross examine the PW.1 in any date.
2. When the matte is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
