The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.03.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 392, 397 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.300 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.E.Thilak Raj, learned counsel for Government (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of respondent police, on instructions submitted the petitioners herein /Accused No.4 & 5 in Crime No.300 of 2021 were already released on bail by an order dated 25.05.2021 in Crl.M.P No.10428 of 2021.
