The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition and in the first anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.4816 of 2021, this Court has passed an order directing the respondent/police to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and if any prima facie case was made out against the petitioner, the respondent/police shall register an FIR or close the petition enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/police submitted that no case has been registered as on date. He further submitted that necessary sanction is yet to come and that without getting sanction from the officials, no case can be registered.
