ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4^th respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.01.2019 in view of the order dated 08.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4038 of 2019 passed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on

behalf of the respondents submitted that as per the order dated 08.04.2019 passed by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.4038 of 2019, the 4^th respondent has registered a case in Crime No.548 of 2021 for offence under Section 379 IPC and produced the copy of the FIR to that effect.

3.This Court by order dated 18.06.2021 directed the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to generate the copy of the order dated 08.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4038 of 2019 and send the same to this Court. The learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai has sent a report dated 24.06.2021 to this Court. This Court satisfied with the report of the learned Magistrate.

4.Since the FIR in Crime No.548 of 2021 was registered by the 4^th respondent on the complaint of the petitioner, nothing survives in the Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
