The above Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R. in Crime No.654 of 2017, on the file of the 1st respondent police.
from the clinic and they reported the same to the 1st respondent for registering the case against him for an offence u/s.15, 15 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act. The 2nd Respondent without proper evidence or complaint from any person or specific complaint from the affected person foisted the case to wreck vengeance against the Petitioner. Hence, he filed this petition to quash the F.I.R.
