This petition has been filed to call for the records quash the FIR in Crime No.378 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police as against these petitioners 1 to 3 / accused 1 to 3 herein.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.378 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court.

With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
