Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal original petition and also requested for dispensing with the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, considering the submissions made before this Court, personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with except for receiving copies and answering the charges u/s. 313 Cr.P.C questioning and any other hearing that may be fixed by the trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
