The case of the prosecution as per the de facto complainant is that the petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped 3½ months old child while she was sleeping in the platform along with her parents and thereafter, they were shifted the baby to an auto. On suspicion, somebody questioned the same, the petitioners are said to have thrown away the child and ran away from the scene of occurrence. Hence, the complaint.
- The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would submit that the petitioners were arrested on 11.12.2020 and they are in custody for more than one month and hence, he prays to grant of bail to the petitioners.
