The petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.Rank Not Known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 417 & 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in Current Paper No.1941 of 2019.
