The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a F.I.R. in Crime No.479 of 2020 has been registered for the offences under Sections 279, 337, 134-A, 134-B and 187 of IPC. and after completion of investigation, the case has been closed as “undetectable” and RCS Report dated 25.01.2021 was also served on to the petitioner.

Recording the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
