ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent to file the Final Report in Crime No.370 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode on 31.12.2020 and it is yet to be taken on file.
3.In view of this development, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned
Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
