The petitioner/defacto complainant filed this petition seeking for direction directing the 2^nd respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents would submit that in this case, initially, on the complaint of petitioner, C.S.R.No. 154 of 2021 was assigned and on completion of enquiry, the complaint was closed on 21.09.2021. The closure report is yet to be served on to the petitioner and submitted that shortly, it would be served.

Recording the same, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner and thereafter, it is for the petitioner/defacto complainant to file a protest petition before the concerned court in accordance with law if he is so advised.
