ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.950 of 2020, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2204/2020.
3.In view of the above development, no further
orders can be passed in this petition. Recording the
submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this
criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, the
connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
