Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KARTHICK.R.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.GANESAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16146 of 2020, dated 31.12.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that due to the health condition of the first petitioner, she could not comply with the condition and the second petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. Hence, he prayed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first petitioner has complied with the condition only for 4 days and the second petitioner has complied https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with the condition for 14 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition, already imposed on the second petitioner, is modified and the second petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.00 a.m. Insofar as the first petitioner is concerned, this petition is dismissed.
