This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2523 of 2021, dated 17.02.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 01.03.2021 onwards.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
