Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 08.02.2021 and the final report has been filed before the concerned Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
