This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.14118 of 2021, dated 23.09.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not engage a lawyer at Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, hence, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.This Court is not satisfied with the reason canvassed by the petitioners for extension of time. However, time is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
