Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.14591 of 2021 order dated 17.08.2021 for executing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Gingee, Vilupuram district and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.NIRMAL KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
Vide Order dated 17.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.
3.Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner s to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
