Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent police every day at 5.30 P.M for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16478 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 05.30 p.m. for a period of two weeks and every Monday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16478 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2020 dated 16.10.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16478 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
