Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.323/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.G.UDAYASHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
3.The connected appeals in these case are Crl.A.Nos.307, 315, 480 of 2019. Registry is directed to call for the records from the trial Court and prepare the typed-set of papers and post the main appeal itself for final hearing on 10.02.2021.
