Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioners, in both cases and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) (in both the petitions) on behalf of the Respondents (in both the petitions) the court made the following order:-
This Court by an order dated 18.11.2020 in Crl.A.Nos.447 and 448 of 2020 while granting bail to the appellants imposed a condition that the appellants shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday i.e. from 21.11.2020 at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petitions have been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
4.Since the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, they are not entitled for any relief sought for in these petitions. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners/appellants. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
