(i) To suspend the sentence of imprisonment dated 10.02.2021 made in Spl.S.C.No.34 of 2019 (Old Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2017) on the file of the learned Special court for POCSO Act cases salem and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.349 of 2021.
