Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
