(i) To modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5695 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.277 of 2021 dated 06-05-2021 “that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every week, pending revision as once in three months on the first working day”.
