Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.198/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in Spl.C.C.No.6/2019(Spl.C.C.No.25/2017 of Mahila Court), Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act at Coimbatore dated 29/12/2020 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above Crl.A.No.198/2021.
