Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modifying the condition in para 6(c) i.e. the petitioners, on his release from the prison, shall stay at Sivagangai and report between Sivagangai Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.20175 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SARAVANA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph 6(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20175 of 2020, dated 22.12.2020 directing the petitioners to stay at Sivagangai and report before the Sivagangai Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks for modification.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4.Considering the facts and submissions of the learned Counsels, the condition in paragraph 6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.20175 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
