Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the petition for Anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.18738/2021 in Crime No.25/2021 by this hon'ble court vide its order dated 06/10/2021 that the petitioners shall report before the Thirukkannapuram Police station daily at 10.30 a.m

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18738 of 2021 on 06.10.2021.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the 3rd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the other petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
