Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of relaxation of condition 6(c) of bail in Crl.O.P.No.16967 of 2021 vide order dated 16.09.2021 and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16967 of 2021 on 16.09.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
