Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 17619 of 2021 vide order dated 23/09/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.DHASARATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17619 of 2021 on 23.09.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
