Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to

(i) To relax the condition the the petitioner/appellant shall report before the trial court on the working day of every english Calender month at 10.30 am until further order imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8508 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.523 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KRISHNAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

The condition to direct the petitioner/appellant in Crl.A.No.523/2020 to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month, is dispensed, with a caveat that the petitioner/appellant should prosecute the Criminal Appeal whenever it is listed without seeking any adjournment.

2.I am informed that the condition imposed, has been complied with by the petitioner till this date.
