Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time to the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Tirupathur shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned in Crl.O.P.No.7090 of 2020 on 01.06.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Vide Order dated 01.06.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.
3.Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
