ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 20.08.2020 passed in W.P.(MD)No.9655 of 2020.
2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and therefore, recording the same, the said contempt petition can be closed.
3. The said position has been reiterated by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
4 .In view of the aforesaid, since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further proceedings / action is required in the contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
