The present petition is filed seeking to initiate action against the second respondent for committing contempt of Court. This Court in its order dated 07.01.2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.131 of 2021 directed the Inspector of Police, Melavalavu Police Station to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2020, which was registered in CSR.No.4 of 2021 based on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of
