ORDER
By order, dated 10.01.2019, I had directed the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner without insisting on the relieving order issued to the previous incumbent. The respondent have passed an order, on 16.09.2019 refusing the approval on a different ground. Since the order passed in the Writ Petition has been substantially complied with, there is no question of contempt. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
