PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for her deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.01.2021 in W.P.(MD).No.504 of 2021.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, direct the 1st respondent state Government to consider and pass orders forthwith on the peetitioners memorandum to it dated 12.9.2019 and the reminder dated 7.10.2020 seeking for recognising the school namely, Infant Jesus Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ramnathapuram, Ramnathapuram District as a Christian Religious Minority Educational Institution.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 25.01.2021 in W.P.(MD).No.504 of 2021 has been complied with.
