The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent
made a submission that in view of the developments took place during the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pendency of the contempt petition for about four years, the issues between the
parties have settled. Further complaint is made on behalf of the petitioner that
again the respondent has violated the terms and conditions, however, any such subsequent cause is to be redressed in the manner known to law.
2.With these observations, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
Consequently, connected Sub.A.No.132 of 2017 is also closed.
