18.08.2021, while setting aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate
No.I, Tambaram, in C.M.P.No.1212 of 2021, dated 26.07.2021, had directed
the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner and to investigate the matter in accordance with law. He would further submit that however, no time limit has been fixed by this Court, the respondent has also registered the case on 15.12.2021 in Crime No.29 of
2021 and therefore, the respondent has not committed any contempt.
