respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.12.2014 made in W.A.No.2163/2012.
for the petitioner. A perusal of the Notes Paper would go to show that on the last occasion i.e. on 13.09.2021 also, there was no representation for the
petitioner. Therefore, for the non-representation on behalf of the petitioner on the hearing dates consecutively, the Contempt Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
