Mr.G.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.C.Kathiravana, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court by passing an order on 09.01.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in
view of the compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition may be closed
and liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.01.2021 passed by the respondent, in accordance with law.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner, since the respondent had complied with the orders of this Court,
