Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.42 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Karur till the disposal of the above Civil Revision Petition.
PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.1123 of 2018 :
Set aside the fair order and decreetal order in I.A.No.224 of 2017 in O.S.No.42 of 2014 dated 21.03.2018 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Karur, and allow this Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:-
This petition is pending before this Court from the year 2018 onwards. This matter is placed before me on 26.04.2021, 18.06.2021, 25.06.2021 and on 19.07.2021, though the learned counsel for the respondent was ready for arguments, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners was not ready for argument. Hence, the case is posted today ie.,06.08.2021. Even today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners is not ready for arguments.
2.In C.M.P.(MD)No.4816 of 2018, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners has obtained a stay order on 12.06.2018. After obtaining the stay order, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners is reluctant to argue the case. In the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ circumstances, there is no use in keeping the stay order pending any

further. Hence, the stay order granted by this Court, on 12.06.2018 is hereby vacated.
